Washington DC June 8, 2009: Greater DC Cares, the largest and leading coordinator of volunteerism in the Greater Washington Region is co-hosting the Business and Nonprofit Philanthropy Summit and Awards with Washington Post Media.  The Summit will convene business, nonprofit and community leaders to recognize excellence in community service and philanthropy, exchange ideas, share promising practices, and develop stronger partnerships to better impact the region during this extraordinary economic time.
