Seriously, if you are a promoter, don't lie about your capabilities. Apparently there is a new group claiming to get Sean "Diddy" Combs at your venue and they make the scam sound believable. Work with people you know and get proof of what they can deliver. In DC nightlife its always better to know someone that can bring the celebrity to your event. Depending on the event, the celebrity B-list may be in order.
